The guys behind Foot Cardigan, the sock of the month club, are hilarious. Bryan “Bearsuit” Deluca is “the face and brains” behind the company and Dr. Tom “Khaki Enthusiast” Browning, as Chief Operations Officer, is the guy who says no to many of Deluca’s idea. Together they will appear on Shark Tank (October 9, 9pm on ABC) and find out if their business model is agreeable to the Sharks.

For $9 a month, Foot Cardigan sends a customer a new pair of “delightfully unique socks.” And you don’t get to choose which pair. As the Foot Cardigan guys say, “You get to play the sock lottery and win every time.” They claim to use a “scientific sock selection process” which guarantees “an instant conversation starter located just below your knees.” If you think this is a childish idea – you’re kind of right. Foot Cardigan also offers a Kid Subscription. For $11 a month, they’ll send your kid two pairs of socks.
