Actor Robert Carradine is leaving his private island to swap places with former NFL player Terrell Owens on Celebrity Wife Swap. The 61-year-old actor is best known for his roles as Lewis in the Revenge of the Nerds films, and as Sam McGuire on Disney’s Lizzie McGuire. He is the brother of fellow actor Keith Carradine (POTUS on Madam Secretary) and the late David Carradine (Kill Bill). Robert, 61, is married to Edie Mani, mother to his daughter Marika Reed Carradine and son Ian Alexander Carradine.

Two months after celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, Robert and Edie were involved in a head-on collision with a semi-truck on a Colorado highway. They were treated at a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. According to a police report, “Carradine crossed the dividing line and slammed into the truck” at 3pm. “No drugs or alcohol reportedly present or involved in the accident.” Sgt. James Saunders told The Cortez Journal, “The fact that they were wearing seatbelts is why there are with us today.” Celebrity Wife Swap airs Wednesdays at 10pm on ABC.
