Dina Dwyer-Owens is the former CEO and current Co-Chair of The Dwyer Group, which owns several franchise trade service companies — Mr. Rooter and Molly Maid among them — that cater to homeowners. The company, which now makes $1 billion a year, was started by Dina’s father Don Dwyer. Sr. in Waco, Texas.
Before appearing on the Emmy Award-winning TV show Undercover Boss in 2012, Dwyer-Owens published her business book, LIVE R.I.C.H. (Respect, Inegrity, Customer focus, and Having fun in the process). Ten years later and she’s published another, Values, Inc.: How Incorporating Values into Business and Life Can Change the World. Forbes gives both books glowing reviews.
