So in reshaping Microsoft Nadella is going with what he knows: the 40-year old company is expected to begin a new round of layoffs, adding to the 18,000 it announced last year after it bought Nokia. This time, according to the Fortune, the layoffs won’t be limited to fat acquired through acquisitions.
