Liza Sandler is one of the wealthy blond ladies on Secrets and Wives. She married her high school sweetheart Andrew Sandler who became a successful hedge fund manager in Manhattan. When he was spending more and more time at work, she had an affair but not with the pool boy. She had an affair with “a high-powered media figure” — Donny Deutsch, who inherited his father’s ad agency and became a CNBC host. The affair was well-covered in New York gossip columns. That was the end of the Sandler marriage.
Andrew Sandler, Managing Director/Head of Hedge Funds at Sandler Capital Management, which manages $950 million in assets, is now pushing Liza to sell the Long Island mansion where they lived and raised their children, per their divorce agreement.
