Jayla Siciliano of Solana Beach, California came up with a brilliant idea – to make a wine that won’t give you a hangover. Her company Bon Affair makes wine spritzers that are infused with electrolytes that makes waking up the next day after a long night of drinking easier. And, each bottle is only $15.

Siciliano isn’t alone thinking there’s money to be made in the sparkling wine market. Market research company Mintel says sales grew 9 percent in 2013, outperforming overall wine sales in the $41.5 BILLION market. Bon Affair is available at retail stores including Whole Foods and Albertsons in California and Texas. And starting this month, you can pick up a 11.2 oz. aluminum bottle of Bon Affair’s Sauvignon Blanc Wine Spritzer.
