Shark Tank‘s Kevin O’Leary told Business Insider recently that men leading his portfolio companies just aren’t making him any money. Of all the companies O’Leary has invested in, no company with a male CEO is currently profitable.

“I don’t have a single company run by a man right now that’s outperformed the ones run by women,” O’Leary told BI. 55 percent of O’Leary’s portfolio companies have female leadership. They’re not all making money, but 100 percent of his profitable companies have female CEOs. Zero percent of his male-led companies are making dough.
