On March 7th Marco Rubio stood just a 9% chance to win the GOP in the Pivit markets. Since then he has passed Rand Paul and Jeb Bush and is now the 2nd favorite to win the race. Over that same time period Jeb Bush has fallen from 30% to 19% to win, while Marco Rubio has risen by 13%. Scott Walker, the current favorite at 24%, and Jeb Bush both were at their peaks of 28% and 30% respectively on March 7th. The 13% rise over 10 weeks for Rubio comes from a combination of surging poll numbers and Bush stumbling over an important issue in his campaign, Iraq.
