Scott Walker, the current favorite at 24%, and Jeb Bush both were at their peaks of 28% and 30% respectively on March 7th. The 13% rise over 10 weeks for Rubio comes from a combination of surging poll numbers and Bush stumbling over an important issue in his campaign, Iraq.
