You don’t get recruited to play basketball at Kentucky because you lack confidence. And a little thing like having your perfect season ruined by the Wisconsin Badgers shouldn’t fill you with doubt. For the Harrison twins, Andrew and Aaron, it hasn’t. Plus they know they have each other, which is nice.
So it’s no surprise to hear the Harrisons assess their talents entering the NBA draft with optimism. Aaron Harrison says he’s “the shooting guard” in the draft. Andrew Harrison, who fortunately plays point guard to avoid family squabbles, claims to be the best at his position, too. “I definitely feel I’m the best point guard in the draft, all around,” Andrew told NBA TV in an interview. “I just want to prove that, prove that everyday.” No doubt there are NBA coaches who will give both Harrisons the chance.
