The 20th season of Dancing with the Stars premieres on Monday, March 16, 8pm on ABC. Twelve celebrities including Grammy Hall of Fame singer Patti LaBelle, Three’s Company star Suzanne Somers, and Shark Tank multimillionaire investor Robert Herjavec, will perform the cha-cha, fox-trot and jive.
Many of the celebrity contestants have caught the entrepreneurial bug later in their careers. Suzanne Somers famously sold millions of Thigh Masters and Ms. Patti LaBelle (Lady Marmalade, On My Own, New Attitude) is launching her own line of BBQ sauces called Patti’s Good Life. The 70-year-old soprano is selling five different flavors – Asian Chicken Marinade, Lemon Herb Seafood Marinade, Hot Flash! Hot Sauce, Sweet Agave Bourbon BBQ Sauce, and Sweet BBQ Sauce. It’s the kind of business/product that tends to show up on Shark Tank. Think Robert Herjavec will bite?
