So Rupert Murdoch, billionaire emperor of Fox, tweeted this: “Maybe most Moslems peaceful, but until they recognize and destroy their growing jihadist cancer they must be held responsible.” Murdoch’s logic suggests that you’re individually responsible for anything anyone in your “group” does. (Using this logic, for example, Catholics all molested a bunch of children.)

Harry Potter author JK Rowling followed the logic to apologize to the world for fellow Christian Murdoch. Rowling wrote: “I was born Christian. If that makes Rupert Murdoch my responsibility, I’ll auto-excommunicate.” Then she added:
.@dom209 The Spanish Inquisition was my fault, as is all Christian fundamentalist violence. Oh, and Jim Bakker.
