Actress Lea Thompson is mad. She won’t say so on camera but the Back To The Future actress and Dancing With the Stars contestant, was eliminated from the dance competition because of Tommy Chong. On the Monday night broadcast, the 76-year-old comedian Tommy Chong and his partner Peta Murgatroyd were named America’s Choice (by the TV/online audience) which means they were immune from getting kicked off the show. In his stead, Lea Thompson, who gave one of her best performances with her dance partner Artem Chigvintsev, was eliminated.
Chong is charming, there’s no doubt about that. And what he’s able to pull off at 76-years-old deserves great applause but he won’t have immunity next week when another celebrity will be eliminated. Even Chong thought he’d be gone by now. On the Monday night broadcast he admitted to already having his bags packed.
