At about 2:30am, when the bartender and waitress at EJ’s Place in Harris County, Texas were about to close up for the night, four armed men came in and told everyone to get down on the floor. One customer, sitting at the bar, pulled his own gun and fatally shot two of the four robbers. The other two robbers ran out.
The owner of EJ’s Place, Jenny O’Donnell, called the unidentified customer a hero. He fled the scene, too.
