Teen Wolf star Tyler Posey broke his toe last week at Comic Con, doing a cartwheel, but that won’t stop him from hosting the 2014 Teen Choice Award on August 10 with Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland. Online voting for the Teen Choice Awards is open now. Fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day per category for their favorite nominees.
The usual suspects are nominated for categories like Social Media King and Queen: From Justin Bieber and Justin Timberland to Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. But the underdogs–the real teens!–nominated in categories like Web Star and Fanatic Fans will be the most highly anticipated. So many Web Star faves–Cameron Dallas, Shawn Mendes, Tyler Oakley, Troye Sivan–are vying for the Web Star surfboard trophy. And if the #Directioners don’t win the title of “Fanatic Fans” someone needs to recount the votes. The online fans of One Direction have been dominating Twitter for days.
