Nesting is when pregnant mothers try to organize their homes before the baby comes–and that’s exactly what mom-to-be actress Mila Kunis is doing by selling her Los Angeles “bachelorette” pad. She hopes to get $4 million for the 5,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style house. That’s about $800 per square foot!
Her fiancé Ashton Kutcher recently sold his 9,385 sq. ft. bachelor pad for $9.92 million (he wanted $12 million in April but still made a profit as he bought it for $8.45 million in 2008). Together, Kunis and Kutcher they bought a 7.351 square foot house in Beverly Hills for $10 million. It’s described as a modest home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Or a really, really nice nest.
