Jessica Alba plays stripper Nancy Callahan in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. To help promote the movie, a toy company has made an action figure of her character wearing a bustier, holster and chaps. When Alba was promoting the movie on Conan, the talk show host said when he thinks of action figures he usually thinks of them as children’s toys. Alba, a mother of two, didn’t argue. In fact she said that the Nancy action figure is inappropriate for children. Nancy is, well, “it’s an action figure for adults,” she said.
This isn’t Alba’s first action figure. There’s a Dark Angel figurine (black leather top and pants comes with motorcycle) and an Invisible Woman from Fantastic Four (traditional tight superhero suit). Alba admits to keeping a collection of her action figures–but they’re in storage.
