A 3-year-old boy having cavities filled suffocated and died in the office of Irvington, NJ, dentist, Patrick Bamgboye. The boy had been restrained in a dental chair by an elaborate harness and given a local anesthetic.
At the time of the boy’s death, Dr. Bamgboye was on probation—because a 6-year-old girl died in his chair in 2004, during a routine procedure.
