Season 10 of Bravo’s reality series Vanderpump Rules was a dramatic one. The big scandal, coined ‘Scandoval,’ about Tom Sandoval cheating on his long-time girlfriend Ariana Madix with their co-star Raquel Leviss, had most fans (and castmates including Lala Kent and Scheana Shay) running to Ariana’s side for emotional support.
Even when not filming Vanderpump Rules with the show’s matriarch, Beverly Hills restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump, Kent and Shay often spend time together. When the two new moms shared the photo above, of Kent in a purple micro mini dress (with a stunning plunging back, see below) and Shay in a pink feather mini dress, they captioned it: “Come on Barbie, let’s go party.”
Fans of both women are going wild over their colorful tiny dresses. And more than one see a resemblance to Romy and Michelle of the 1997 movie Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion starring Mira Sorvino (Mighty Aphrodite) and Lisa Kudrow (Friends). As one fan replied: “It’s giving Romy and Michelle vibes. ‘We invented post its.'”
Note: Vanderpump Rules has been renewed for an eleventh season. While the cast will film during the summer, new episodes are expected to air in February 2024, based on the scheduling of Season 10’s premiere.
