Actress Alison Brie is known for her role as Annie in the hit comedy series Community. It’s sixth and final season aired in 2015. Now, Alison is writing and starring in her own movies. She’s currently filming the rom-com Somebody I Used to Know which she co-wrote with her husband Dave Franco.
She stars as the protagonist, a workaholic who while reminiscing with friends in her hometown realizes she’s changed a lot. She’s really thrown for a loop when she meets a woman (Kiersey Clemons, The Flash) who reminds her of her old self.
Community fans are excited to learn that Alison’s Community co-star Danny Pudi (Abed), is on the set, too. Alison captured the photos above: “First time working together again since Community…feels like home.”
Passionate Community fans are going wild over the photos and are leaving comments including “Abed and Annie in a movieeeee!” and are repeating the phrase “Six seasons and a movieeee!” The Community character Abed said on the show (see clip above) that the ideal run for a TV show is six seasons and a movie but, alas, no Community movie has been made… yet.
