The NBA is kicking off the 2019 season with a number of games between long rivals including the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers. At the Wells Fargo Center, Kemba Walker will make his Boston debut against Joel “The Process” Embiid, who hopes to break the habit of Boston winning three of four games against the 76ers last season.
When not on the court, Embiid, 25, enjoys his downtime with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Anne De Paula, 23, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is represented by the prestigious Wilhelmina Models in the US.
The power couple has been traveling the world together — “making memories” in China, and spending “heavenly nights” together in the Maldives.
On Valentine’s Day, she wrote to Embiid: “I wish I could explain your eyes, and how the sound of your voice gives me butterflies. How your smile makes my heart skip a beat and how every time I’m with you, I feel so complete.”
