Beloved comedian, actor, and Saturday Night Live star Phil Hartman died on May 28, 1998. He was fatally shot at his home by his wife, Brynn Omdahl, who committed suicide shortly after. The couple was survived by their two young children, 9-year-old son Sean and 6-year-old daughter Birgen. Twenty years after her parents’ deaths, Birgen Hartman married.
She shared photos from her Italian wedding (Lake Como) and she looks absolutely stunning in a gorgeous lace gown by Berta that shows off her gorgeous hourglass figure.
Hartman tagged the location of the wedding photos as Villa Balbianello — the 13th century castle featured in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, where Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) steals a kiss from Padmé Amidala (Natalie Portman). See clip below.
ABC is airing the special The Last Days of Phil Hartman on Thursday, September 19 at 9 pm. It will feature an exclusive interview with Brynn’s brother, Gregory Omdahl, and exclusive Hartman family home videos.
