Harvard geneticist and anti-aging scientist David Sinclair mesmerized listeners of Joe Rogan‘s podcast. How could he not? If anyone does, Sinclair knows where the elusive Fountain of Youth is — and he’s giving out directions like he’s Google Maps.

Want a memorable tagline? Sinclair says there will come a point in time when it’ll be hard to tell how old someone is and that “90 (years old) will feel like 50.”
Not surprisingly, people pretty much say “sign me up!” But for what? Sinclair dishes timeless advice like using sunscreen (the sun is good for plants, not so good for human skin) but he also gets a little more sophisticated. Sinclair has dozens of patents, after all. Talking about the benefits of NMN therapy for DNA repair perked up lots of interest.
And becoming cognizant of your health, as in the quantifiable self — is also important. To that end, Sinclair wears an Oura Ring — a brand name for the jewelry that functions as a “Sleep and Heart Rate Tracker.” There are numerous entries. See another one — available at Amazon — below.
