John Isner Smashes Tennis Ball For “Goofy, Cheesy” Baby Gender Reveal

World ranked #14 American tennis professional John Isner is competing at the 2019 US Open in Flushing, New York. It’s been a big year for the 6’10” athlete and his wife, jewelry designer Madison McKinley, whom he married in December 2017.

In May, the Isners announced that they were expecting their second child (their first child is a girl, Hunter Grace).

At a baby gender reveal event, Isner served a tennis ball which exploded on contact and released blue powder which means Madison is carrying a baby boy. Isner admitted, “I always thought gender reveals are kinda goofy and cheesy because, well, they are. However, I can’t recommend it enough. It was so much fun.”
