Don’t let people implement their negativity in you, says super-busy superstar Kevin Hart. Hart goes deep in this nearly two minute post, which doesn’t showcase his normally humorous take on things. Instead, the soulful comedian digs down and tries to offer people a little body armor — a little life lesson — to protect them against life’s negativity.

Hart likens negative encounters with negative people to clickbait, or a computer virus. “Don’t let people hit you with a virus,” Hart warns helpfully. “Clean your world, tell that virus to get away. You don’t need it.” Those who “say what you can’t do, what you don’t want to do, what you’re not gonna do, those are f’ing clickbait.” Don’t fall for it.
It’s a poignant post from a man who says he is “constantly challenging myself and evolving.” Incidentally, but also poignantly, he’s on the set of “Fatherhood, day one.” Peace, people. Listen to what the man says.
