Lisa Vanderpump is the star of two Bravo TV reality shows, Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. When not taping one of the shows or dishing about her co-stars on a reunion, she’s either being a boss at one of her restaurants or sipping on a cup of tea at home with her husband Ken and a plethora of dogs. In the video below, the elegant Englishwoman shows Americans the right way — “the perfect way” — to brew a cup of tea, which she says in England “is like a drug.”

Filmed in her stunning and spotless new kitchen, wearing a white tuxedo shirt, Vanderpump first explains “the tea cup is as important as the tea.” She then turns on the electric pot and places a bag of PG Tips into her pretty tea cup. After pouring boiling water in she lets it steep and then add 2 percent cold milk. “A cup of tea is like a drug in England. It’s supposed to make everything better,” like when your neighbor comes over and is upset about going bankrupt or when her husband dies. (Those are Lisa’s examples, not ours.) P.S.
