In The Fix episode “Lie to Me,” Maya Travis (Robin Tunney) knows there’s a mole in the district attorney’s office. One who’s feeding information to Sevvy’s (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) defense attorney Ezra Wolf (Scott Cohen). So she’s making everyone in the office to take a lie detector test. During this whirlwind of drama, she receives an unexpected visit from Sevvy’s son Gabe (Alex Saxon) at the office, and Dr. Carys Daly reappears.
Dr. Carys Daly is portrayed by actress Lynn Collins. She’s known for her TV roles on Covert Affairs (Olga Akarova), True Blood (Dawn Green), and in films including John Carter (Dejah Thoris), X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Kayla Silverfox), Towelhead (Thena Panos), The Lake House (Mona), 13 Going on 30 (Wendy) and 50 First Dates (Linda), among others. Fun fact: When Cate Blanchett bowed out of the role of Portia in the 2004 film The Merchant of Venice with Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and Joseph Fiennes, Collins stepped in (see link above). The Fix airs Mondays at 10 pm on ABC, right after American Idol.
