New England Patriots superstar quarterback Tom Brady didn’t forget his coach’s birthday this year. Nope — really how could he? Brady and Bill Belichick are like the peanut butter and jelly of the NFL — been together forever and just, you know, a winning combination. Are they different personalities? You might say so. Brady is married to a supermodel and lives a pretty high profile life as the most famous football player in the world. Belichick? Yeah, not so much. Though it’s not technically true, it sort of seems that Belichick only appears in public on Sundays, especially Super Bowl Sundays — then he and his sweatshirts go back down into football strategy world where Xs and Os and other things are all very private.

But the differences between Brady and Belichick aren’t that big. Given his massive fame, Brady doesn’t get to be as private as his coach — but you get the feeling he just might if he could. The guy only has 31 tweets in total on his official Twitter account, where Brady is listed as having joined Twitter in March of 2019. (Just in time to announce his retirement — for April Fools Day!) But even as a relative newbie, Brady knows that he had better send a card in the mail if he wants Belichick to get his birthday wishes. He shouted out his coach with the tweet below, sarcastically saying “He’ll definitely see this.. big social media guy..” Six-time Super Bowl champion Bill Belichick was born in 1952 in Nashville, Tennessee. If he does much social media messaging, it must be Snapchats that disappear.
Happy birthday Coach! He’ll definitely see this.. big social media guy..
