In the Bull episode “Security Fraud,” Bull (Michael Weatherly) gets to work alongside his idol, Walter Franklin, a legendary lawyer who is suing the U.S. government on behalf of his client, widow Sherri Gibson/Rogers (guest star Wendy Makkena). Her husband was killed while in witness protection. It’s not an easy case, and the client doesn’t like Bull. During the trial, Bull’s admiration for Walter is tested.

Bull’s idol Walter Franklin is portrayed by actor Dan Ziskie. He’s known for his roles on Shades of Blue (Commission Chairman), House of Cards (Vice President Matthews, SEE LINK ABOVE), Treme (C.J.
