In The Big Bang Theory episode “The Propagation Proposition”, Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) receive a visit from Penny’s ex-boyfriend, Zack (Brian Thomas Smith). He and his wife Marissa want a baby, but Zack has leaned that he’s infertile, so he’s now asking Leonard for help.
Marissa on The Big Bang Theory is portrayed by actress Lindsey Kraft. She has worked with Galecki and some of his former Roseanne co-stars in the past. She’s known for her roles on The Conners (Mark’s school teacher Mrs. Reynolds*), Living Biblically (Leslie Curry, wife of Chip who worked with Sarah Gilbert), Grace and Frankie (Allison), and HBO’s Getting On (Marguerite Macaw, co-worker of Laurie Metcalf who plays Jackie on The Conners/Roseanne), among others. The Big Bang Theory airs Thursdays at 8 pm on CBS, right before its spin-off, Young Sheldon.
