The Lip Bar is a line of all-natural, vegan, cruelty-free lipsticks made with shea butter, avocado oil and jojoba oil. The boldly colored lipsticks are named after cocktails including Kamikaze, Cosmo and Amaretto, among others. The young founder of The Lip Bar, Melissa Butler and her business partner Rosco Spears of New York City, pitched the cosmetics company on Shark Tank in February 2015 but, alas, did not get a deal.

Three years after Shark Tank and The Lip Bar is killing it. 2018 was a huge year for the business. At the beginning of the year, the entrepreneurs got The Lip Bar into a handful of Target stores and ended the year in 450 stores across the country. The Lip Bar also has a handful of celebrity endorsements including one from Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams (see below). Note: Butler moved the company to her hometown of Detroit and did indeed build The Lip Bar Truck as she mentioned on Shark Tank. It’s a mobile boutique. New episodes of Shark Tank air Sundays at 9 pm on ABC. [Related: 27 All-Time Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products — New List]
