In the Blindspot episode “CA-CA-Candidate for Cri-Cri-Crime”, the team is drawn into dangerous political intrigue when an American flag tattoo points to someone from Matthew Weitz’s (Aaron Abrams) past. Meanwhile, Sabrina Larren (Jen Richards) introduces herself to Weitz as someone who works directly for the CIA director and explains that she’s taking over for Jake Keaton — who’s in a coma. She also informs him that she’s expanding the investigation to include him. That news has Weitz knocking on the door of Frank Davenport.
