Manscaped is a line of grooming products for men to use for “below the waist” grooming and hygiene. Manscaped products include an electric razor (“The Lawn Mower”), a single blade safety razor “(“The Plow”) and anti-chafing deodorant and antiperspirant, among other things. Every Manscaped razor “The Finishing Touch” comes with The Magic Mat, which looks like a newspaper that the user is supposed to stand on while using the razor. (It will remind some Shark Tank viewers of the Beard King’s bib.) The two founders of Manscape, father-and-son duo Josh King and Steve King from Carlsbad, California, pitch the men’s grooming business on Shark Tank (October 28).

When asked what a man should expect when he first grooms down there, Steve King replied: “If a guy’s never done this before, the first thing he’s going to notice is if he trims the bushes, the tree is going to look bigger. And if the tree looks bigger, you feel good.” In addition to being Brand Director of Manscaped, Josh King is a partner of Bright Media House, a digital marketing agency in San Diego. New episodes of Shark Tank (Season 10, 2018) air Sundays at 9 pm on ABC, right before the new talk show, Sundays with Alec Baldwin.
