In the Season 4 finale of NCIS: New Orleans, Oliver Crane (Mark Gessner), the journalist who wrote the exposé claiming Pride (Scott Bakula) has been abusing his power, realizes he’s been played by Barlow. But is it too late to save Pride who’s now facing a grand jury indictment? Crane tries to help by teaming up with Pride’s friends – including hacker Elvis Bertrand (Tom Arnold). The team is trying to find a loophole in the case. It appears the well-dressed Barlow is the one pulling the strings with or without the help of Deputy Chief Gossett.

So wanted to tell him how much I enjoy his work.
Couldn’t bring myself to bother him.
Next time @LouDPhillips! 😉 pic.twitter.com/2lqqNfFOqv
