Toor is a smart lockbox designed with the real estate industry in mind. The inventor of Toor, real estate agent Junior Desinor, pitched his business on Shark Tank in November 2016. Although guest shark Chris Sacca believes the technology is already out there in the market, real estate guru Barbara Corcoran and Kevin O’Leary agreed to invest $200,000 in exchange for 10 percent equity of Toor — and $300,000 as a loan. The deal was contingent on Desinor selling the product to a large real estate firm. (Desinor went into the Tank seeking $500,000 for 10 percent.)

As of March 2018, the Toor smart lockbox is available for purchase ($199). In April 2018, it was announced that Toor was launched on Touch of Modern, a members-only e-commerce website that sells unique lifestyle products, fashion, and accessories to men. And Toor has a Canadian real estate agency, Umber Realty, as a client. Looks like Desinor has got things locked up!
