The Braxtons — sisters Toni, Traci, Towanda, Tamar, Trina and their mother Evelyn — are back for Season 6 of Braxton Family Values on WEtv. In the season premiere episode “The Duchess & The Divorce,” Toni announces that she and her boyfriend Bryan “Birdman” Williams are taking their relationship to another level. Yes, they’re getting married. And while the cameras are rolling, Toni shows off her gigantic yellow diamond engagement ring.
When the 7x Grammy Award winner Toni asks her sister Tamar if she wants to plan the wedding, Tamar says yes but mama Evelyn says “I think Towanda is good too” which makes Tamar yell, “I don’t want to work with nobody!” Ouch. Who do you think Toni will bring with her to try on dresses? Earlier this month while walking the red carpet for the premiere of the film The Forgiven (Toni wrote the songs), Toni said she’s looking for a wedding dress that’s appropriate for her age (“over 40” — she’s 50) and sexy at the same time.
