The Lifetime movie Home Invasion is about a wealthy woman named Chloe Paige (Natasha Henstridge) who has her friend Alice over to her mansion for a glass of wine on a dark stormy night. When the doorbell rings, Alice goes to see who it is and is murdered by a masked man. Turns out there are three relentless thieves outside who make their way in. With her young stepson, Chloe tries desperately to hide from the well-dressed intruders. With the help of security-systems expert Mike on the phone, she just might make it. The security guy on the phone is portrayed by Jason Patric. He’s known for saving beautiful women from danger in movies including The Lost Boys (see below with Jami Gertz).
Patric is also known for his roles in the films Narc with Ray Liotta (Nick Tellis), Rush with Elizabeth Shue (Jim Raynor, see below), Speed 2 with Sandra Bullock (Officer Alex Shaw), Sleepers with Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro and Dustin Hoffman (Shakes), and The Lost Boys (Michael), among others. Fun facts: Patric is the son of actor/playwright Jason Miller (the writer of and the priest in The Exorcist) and grandson of Jackie Gleason. Home Invasion premieres on Lifetime on Friday, February 24 at 8pm.
