Who Is Fredrik’s Assistant Jordan Shea on ‘Bethenny & Fredrik’?

On Bravo’s crossover spinoff series Bethenny & Fredrik, Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund and Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel look for properties to invest in together. When not looking at real estate, Bethenny is with her daughter while Fredrik and his husband are preparing for the arrival of their twins (daughter Mila and son Freddie Jr.). In the episode “Tribecalvania,” while Fredrik is out of town, Bethenny looks at a property with Fredrik’s assistant Jordan Shea in Tribeca, the most expensive neighborhood in Manhattan. Fredrik is not happy when he finds out.

Jordan Shea is a successful licensed real estate salesperson. According to Eklund’s Douglas Elliman website, Jordan has overseen approximately $4 billion in rental, resale, and new development property transactions since 2012. (He became a full-time broker in September 2017.) Jordan is currently trying to sell a 5-bedroom penthouse in Madison Square Park Tower for $48 million, Based on the industry standard 5 percent commission fee, the take on the $4 billion in deals Jordan has overseen would be $200 million. Bethenny & Fredrik airs Tuesdays at 10pm on Bravo.

Today is a very, very big day in my life. As of this morning, I’ve switched from being in management/administration to being a broker full-time.
