Lifetime is airing Oscar Pistorius: Blade Runner Killer, a dramatized account of what happened to gold-medalist Paralympian Oscar Pistorius. It explores his romance with model Reeva Steenkap who was killed on February 14, 2013 in Pistorious’ Pretoria, South Africa home. Pistorius shot Reeva through a bathroom door. Pistorius has said that he thought an intruder was in the house.
The late Reeva Steenkap is portrayed by German-born supermodel Toni Garrn. This is Garrn’s acting debut. She made her modeling debut at age 15 for the Calvin Klein Spring/Summer 2008 show in New York. In 2011, she started modeling for Victoria’s Secret. Pistorius is portrayed by Andreas Damm. Oscar Pistorius: Blade Runner Killer premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, November 11 at 8pm.
