In March, Alper told Business Insider that he received death threats after executing a politically-charged marketing campaign in New York City. On Valentine’s Day, Hater projected an image of a naked Russian President Vladimir Putin cuddling a naked pregnant Donald Trump with the hasthtag #LoveThroughHate against the sides of city buildings (photo below). After receiving “a handful of death threats” via Facebook, Alper said, “My mom wasn’t happy” about the campaign. Shark Tank airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
