Priyam Chibber and Sanel Muslimovic of Chicago, Illinois are the toy inventors of Flexxball. It’s a portable version of table tennis that challenges players’ hand-eye coordination. But you don’t have to be sporty to enjoy the game. It’s simple. Just take out the wooden paddles, move Flexxball (a stand with a tall flexible wire holding a ball) to an open area of a room and you’re ready to play. Who knows — Flexxball’s flexibility and play-anywhere convenience could lead you and your kids into the USA Table Tennis Hall of Fame, which was founded in 1966. You might even be like Table Tennis legend (and Hall of Famer) Si Wasserman, who got married a couple years ago at the tender age of 94. Ping Pong keeps you young!

On the Flexxball Kickstarter campaign, there are 3 versions: the original Flexxball; the mini (which can be played on a desk); and the pro (the ball and paddles are about 20 percent smaller than the original Flexxball). Those who pledged $50 or more received an original Flexxball. To get on the list for the next round of Flexxballs, sign up for their email alerts on the Flexxball website. The Toy Box airs Sundays at 7pm on ABC.
