Sleeping Baby is a company in Fort Worth, Texas that makes unique swaddle suits called Zipadee-Zips. The founders of Sleeping Baby, husband and wife team Brett and Stephanie Parker pitched their baby business on Shark Tank in 2014. They had sold 25,000 units so far, each sold for $35 to $40, and all through their website. The Parkers ultimately accepted an investment of $200,000 from retail guru Daymond John in exchange for 20 percent equity. The Parkers went into the Tank seeking $200k for 10 percent.

Since filming the Shark Tank episode, the Parkers decided not to accept the $200,000 investment proposed by Daymond John. They continue to sell their Zipadee-Zips online (which the Sharks always like). They’re available on their Sleeping Baby website and on Amazon (see link above) and they have expanded their line to include trendy teethers, Snoozie Mats (sleeping mats for pre-school naps), and knitted zipper Onez for the fall and winter seasons (see below).
