Husband and wife team, Florian and Shannon Radke, are the owners of Cinnaholic, a bakery shop in downtown Berkeley, California. They’re known for their dairy-free, egg-free, 100 percent vegan cinnamon rolls and their choice of tasty, flavorful frostings and toppings. It’s like a frozen yogurt place where you get to pick all the toppings you want but on top of a cinnamon roll. In 2014, the Radkes pitched their business on Shark Tank. They went into the Tank seeing $200,000 in exchange for 20 percent equity in order to expand a franchise model. And they got exactly what they wanted from investor Robert Herjavec.

After taping the show, the Radkes ultimately declined Herjavec’s offer “due to differences in vision for Cinnaholic’s future success and profit.” Herjavec wanted to focus on shipping nationwide while the Radkes wanted to open more storefronts. There are now 14 Cinnaholic locations across the US — four in California, two in Georgia, two in Nevada, two in Texas, and one in Colorado, Idaho, Pennsylvania and Utah.
