Two fitness products are going head-to-head on Steve Harvey’s Funderdome. First up are cousins Brandon and Dylan from Megvon, Wisconsin who demonstrate The BuildingBlock. It’s a plyometrics (aka “jump training”) box with handles that is designed to be used as a dumbell and kettlebell and with ropes and bands attached, the BuildingBlock can be used for cardio workouts. And all in the privacy of one’s home. No need to trek to the gym or pay gym membership fees.

The BuildingBlock holds up to 250 lbs., weighs approximately 20 lbs., and its 3-sided box provides three different levels of workouts (12″, 16″ and 20″ heights). Clipon resistance bands included. On Funderdome, Brandon and Dylan are competing against physical therapist Mitch Rost and The StaBallizer, a ball that lets users work on their core while playing video games. Steve Harvey’s Funderdome airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
