There are several female entrepreneurs pitching their outdoor products on Steve Harvey’s Funderdome. Identical twin sisters Marcia and Marla Pruitte will present their Pink Rubber Tires full-service used-tire boutique in Hoover, Alabama, and inventor Shirley Hayden and her husband Addison from Clinton, Maryland will demonstrate their Unique Seat, an “outdoor lounging system” that folds up into a backpack.
Marcia and Marla don’t just sell used tires to women “as an alternative to higher cost brand named tires” but according to their website they educate and empower women with knowledge regarding the automotive/tire industry. With their current success, they’re looking to branch out and franchise Pink Rubber Tires. Steve Harvey’s Funderdome airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
