There will be plenty of familiar faces on the July 20 episode of Battle of the Network Stars. Former primetime soap stars from Beverly Hills, 90210 (Ian Ziering and Gabrielle Carteris), The O.C. (Mischa Barton), and Knots Landing (Donna Mills) will compete against a team of ABC Stars including Shari Belafonte, the daughter of the singer and political activist Harry Belafonte.
As an actress, Shari Belafonte is known for her roles on General Hospital (Mayor Janice Lomax), Beyond Reality (Laura Wingate), and Hotel (Julie Gillette, staff member of the St. Gregory Hotel), among others. Fun facts about Belafonte: She released two albums in the 1980s and in 2000 posed nude for Playboy magazine. Battle of the Network Stars airs Thursdays at 8pm on ABC.
