On the July 9 episode of Steve Harvey’s Funderdome, Sherry Leetham from Round Rock, Texas will compete against Kirston J. Pittman from Garyville, Louisiana. Kirston will model his GRITS clothing brand which features inspirational messages while Leetham demonstrates her PoundPoms, hand weights that look like cheerleader pom poms.

Leetham is a former college cheerleader who now leads cheerleading-based fitness classes. A set of her PoundPoms are available for $40 on her Fit2Cheer website, where you can sign-up for her CheerKamp classes, too (see below). Steve Harvey’s Funderdome airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC, right after Celebrity Family Feud.
