It’s been nearly 30 years since TV stars participated in the televised, goofy Olympics-like competition, The Battle of the Network Stars. For the premiere episode of the 21st century reboot, sitcom stars including actress AJ Michalka (Lainey Lewis on The Goldbergs) will compete against former child stars including Kim Fields (The Facts of Life) and Corbin Bleu, among others.
Corbin Bleu is best known for his roles in the High School Musical franchise (Chad Danforth) and on the soap opera One Life to Live (Jeffrey King). Fun fact about Bleu: In July he married fellow child actress Sasha Clements (Kiki on Majority Rules!). The Battle of the Network Stars airs Thursdays at 9pm on ABC.
