On the Little Big Shots episode ‘The Snail Whisperer,’ Steve Harvey will meet another amazing group of talented kids including a 6-year-old “Snail Whisperer” from Maine and a family of fiddlers and step dancers from Canada, the MacMaster Leahy Kids. They are the five children — ages range from 10 to 3 — of famous fiddlers Donnell Leahy and Natalie MacMaster.

On St. Patrick’s Day, the family was interviewed (and later performed) on the local NBC News station in Boston. The parents, who have been married for 14 years, were asked if it was always a plan to have the kids play together. Donnell says “It was never a plan. We just wanted the kids to love music, to enjoy it and be a part of it.” He adds, “They’re genetically forced to play so it helps a little bit. They just play and they love it. And it just sort of happens.” Little Big Shots airs Sundays at 7pm and 8pm on NBC.
