In The Real O’Neals episode ‘The Real Mr. Nice Guy’, while Shannon (Bebe Wood) tries to teach her father Pat (Jay R. Ferguson) to be less of a nice guy, VP Murray (Matt Oberg) hires a gay teacher based on Kenny’s (Noah Galvin) suggestion. What Kenny didn’t anticipate was that the new teacher, Mr. Peters, would make life difficult for his brother Jimmy (Matt Shively).
Mr. Peters is portrayed by Cheyenne Jackson. The openly gay actor is known for his roles on American Horror Story (Sidney James), 30 Rock (Danny Baker), Glee (Dustin Goolsby), and Curb Your Enthusiasm (Terry), among others. Jackson will appear next on the big screen in the musical Hello Again with Rumer Willis and Martha Plimpton (Eileen on The Real O’Neals!), among others. The Real O’Neals airs Tuesdays at 9:30pm on ABC.
