Jeff Stafford and Dusty Holloway are the entrepreneurs behind Shell Bobbers, fishing bobbers made of empty shotgun shells. The ammo shells are filled with floatable material that allows the shells or bobbers to float upright in the water. They pitched their business on Season 4 of Shark Tank and made a deal with billionaire investor Mark Cuban — $80,000 for 33 percent equity.
